LUCIFERO
Il Lucifero expresses a desire to give a new impetus and a different character to the most famous Italian blue cheese in the world: the sweet and creamy Gorgonzola.
In the original recipe, the cheese experts at Arrigoni Valtaleggio add hot chili peppers, distributing them uniformly in the mold to make the sweet and comforting flavor of Gorgonzola spicy.
The creaminess of the cheese is able to surround the hot pepper creating a combination of sweet and spicy that is exalted with a good glass of wine or can become delicious and tantalizing in the kitchen with pasta dishes, focaccia bread and pizza.
